Default Engine clicking or tapping sound

Hi, I'm sure a few people have had this problem before but I just got my car and not sure what the exact issue is. I accidentally grinded my second gear while I was driving and after that started hearing this clicking sound.

Not sure if the video is clear enough but I don't remember having this sound before because I can hear it while driving. Do I need a valve adjustment or is it something different?

2 More videos for reference from different angles.

Is that clicking noise correspond to you pressing the clutch pedal?

No, the noise is just there all the time. When I'm driving or its just idling in neutral

There's one distinct "click" at around 2-seconds of the video. Is that the clutch?

Other than that --- the valve noise sounds fine.

I believe that click is from the radiator fans turning off. That has always been there since I got it, but I don't know I feel like there is a weird noise coming from the engine.

Is my car not supposed to make that click after the radiator fans turn off?

I just posted 2 more videos moving my phone around and different angles so maybe you can hear better. Its in the original thread^

I just want to know if this sounds like normal operation because I know the engine bay area makes some noises but after I grinded 2nd a little bit I could start hearing some very light clicking from inside the car
