Make sure you do it on a warm engine, fuel pump fuse removed, make sure the battery is cranking hard, if not hook it up to jumper cables from another car running to make sure it cranks well.

If still a variance try the wet compression test method.

The only thing I didnt do was pull the fuse , Car was hot when i tested, Battery is New so cranks were good, Also I had my pedal at WOT and tried to start the car for about 10 sec then checked the PSI gauage.

Original owner? As mentioned above a cold compression test will yield lower numbers. Different testers can read higher or lower numbers as well.

Do a wet test and see what they go up to. Just put a cap full of oil into each cylinder one at a time. And then repeat the compression test. It will seal rings if they are leaking during a dry compression test.

So If I do wet test by putting a bit of oil on each cylinder that will seal the leak ( if there is any) so after i use oil and numbers come up higher what does it mean cylinder rings are bad?

Maybe a previous owner had a 3mm head gasket put in or something to lower compression for boost.

See the thing is the car was running fine ( it still does ) its just that i can feel a bit of power loss not like power loss when knock sensor goes bad , but still i can feel it lower, that said if there was 3mm H G then i would of never felt power loss unless something went wrong.

Looks up heat soak. It sucks on the s2000. Common problem.

I did 170-180 compression then removed the fuse and got 218-225 psi. Make sure to spin it a few times before testing to let any gas blow out. Just out of habit I remove all the plugs so I can move one to the other quickly. At least remove the coil pack plugs from all the coils.
