engine knocking sound...help needed

I would still check the pulleys.
What oil are you using?

...and to really check the pullys, in addition to spin idler and tension pully, briefly start car with belt removed, see if noise still there.

that’s a cold piston slap, it’s normal. As long as it goes away after a long drive.

my mechanic also mentioned that...im using motul 8100 excess 5 40...oil is inside for about a year but with only 4.000 km...and its scheduled to change them next week!

I would echo whats been said, check the valve lash and accessory/idle pulleys first before chalking it up to piston slap. It very well could be some though.
