Engine noise

Default Engine noise

Looking for any advice as you guys always save the day . TCT has been replaced and Valve Adjustment has been done as well. 2004 with 107K.

Dude that is TCT all the way, not sure what went south on replacement.

Originally is was way louder which is why I went ahead and swapped it with Billmans upgraded TCT, which made a huge difference.

I would double check your valve clearances mate, did you do them yourself ?

I would also be more inclined to say Valve clearances, TCT's tend to exhibit an inconsistent rattle.

Had a local shop do the valve adjustment as it wasn't something that I felt like tackling myself. I'll probably let my friend take the car to the Honda dealer as he's a tech there to check out the work that was done. Thanks for your responses!

I also checked and my valves where at spec and never starved of oil .. please help

Pull the serpentine belt and see if it goes away, that sounds like the tensioner to me.
