Default Engine Rattle

I noticed this more on startup but this afternoon it happened quite a bit at lower rpms or lower gears. I know most people will say that you just can't hear the noise at higher rpms but I drove along a concrete barrier and didn't hear the noise.

I haven't noticed a drop in horsepower or pickup but it does worry me. Any ideas?

s2000.m4a - 0.32MB

It's not a virus and if anyone knows a more efficient way of playing it(like a file host with a player so no download) please feel free to tell me and i'll reup it.

S2000 does not have a timing belt.
If I could hear your clip I could listen for you. But it seems I need download permissions and don't have them

I just mistyped. I meant timing chain tensioner. I was able to download it on my phone by hitting Download now and waiting 45 seconds.

Waited 45 seconds. Got a link to click here for down load. Says type of file is not supported by my phone and I have an android.

Also tried it on the pc. Buffers indefinitely but it won't play.

upload it on photo bucket and then post a link
and i think that it may be your mounts,

mine were shot and just replaced one side
and it feels like a new car,

but when i was putting it in i noticed the other side could use replacing too...

so check your mounts!!

Photobucket wouldn't work for some reason but my work has a file sharing system in place. Check below:

Should be a direct download.

Why not just youtube it so it can be viewed?

It's an audio file and not a video. Won't work on Photobucket or youtube. It's a file that quicktime opens so it won't play unless you have quicktime. Gom player also works and is actually my favorite media player because it'll give you a download link to a codec if you don't have it already.
