Engine shudders at idle when accessories turn on

I haven't messed with an AEM Series 2, but in Hondata FlashPro there is a table for injector offsets based on voltage. It sounds like your 14V value is fine, but your 12 - 13V value is off and so when an accessory takes the voltage down the ECU switches to a different injector setting and causes your AFR swings.
