Default engine wont start

ok so last fall i overheated the motor,(coolant went into water) and warped the head/ blew the headgasket, at the time i was supercharged sold the supercharger to get the new head, put the motor back together, and ended up getting a turbo kit. so now that everything is back together it doesn't start. I did a compression test got 100-100-100-70? this was a cold motor as i can't get it started to warm it up. I also had to get used coils as i slightly melted one in the overheat process. so i am not 100% that they work either. there is fuel on the plugs. any help or sugestions would be appreciated, its starting to get nice out and i would like to drive my s soon.

was dead on, when i adjusted the valves, so i also reloacted the battery to the trunk i think that could be the problem. I added another ground to the battery, and it seems to be better, almost starts then seems like it is dieing out. i have a yellow top btw.
