if you're really losing that much power where you can notice it, look elsewhere...

well .. is their an exhaust leak..that would be a problem.. if not check your air filter.. maybe its dirty

Make sure to check all along the exhuast, this including up to your header...the actual impact may have broken or bent something along the way...good luck

That looks like a Greddy SP2 exhaust, which are pretty sturdy, so based on the damage, I'd say you really smacked the curb hard. If it were me, I'd remove the cat back completely to check for broken rubber hangers or at least get it up on a lift. The can is probably only cosmetically damaged but it just looks terrible on a nice car like the S. It's not repairable so you may end up buying a used SP2 and swapping out the damage.
