Default exhaust check enigne light (header)

Well I got a check engine light a couple days ago so I headed up to auto zone and had it checked out with that portable machine. The guy told me the light is from the first exhaust sensor. So I was guessing that it was the header o2 sensor. Well I told him to take off the light and I left. Well 2 days later the light came back so I jacked the car up and checked if the sensor wasn't in right.. but it is on tight so I don't know what it could be. Anyone know what might be the problem?

My mods are listed in my sig.

Thanks

You'll need a new Primary 02 sensor.

I don't know how S2K's handle air/fuel mixtures. But on other cars the O2 sensor detects how much oxygen is in the exhaust and adjusts the amount of fuel being dumped into the cylinders based on that.

Your gas mileage will suck since the car is running rich. Shouldn't be harmful if you drive sparingly, but too much driving may cause carbon buildup inside the engine.
