Ok long story short...in 6th gear doing 140, don't ask haha, lets off the accelerator and a flame like 5 feet long comes out both mufflers and stays for like 3 seconds solid. Is this bad? I don't have a cat and I DO have a CEL from that.

Flame out of the exhaust is unburnt fuel. Not typical for an S2000.

 

If legit, it means you have leaky injectors.

LOL someone has a ghetto rigged exhaust flame thrower. you either need new spark plugs or new fuel injectors. i wonder if you could use some type of fuel injector cleaner. if that doesnt work move to spark plugs the injectors. actually its kinda hard to test if it worked or not if the flames only come on at 140 in 6th.
