do a dyno run...if your power is fine, i wouldn't worry.

Are you judging flow by he amount of "smoke"? What you're seeing on a cold start is probably water vapor which condenses inside the piping after you shut down. More piping on the left would result in more condensation to burn off.

The Invidia is pretty equal in piping length after the Y, there's probably some kind of blockage if you're getting uneven flow, maybe a tumor or something.

I have the same problem with my exhaust too. and i noticed that the exhaust gas coming from the right side is colder than the one on the left. very strange
