Default Exhaust rattle (Spugen single)

My Spugen single exhaust has developed a loud and persistent rattle. This happens usually at 4500-5000 RPMs in 1st/2nd or when decelerating, especially if engine braking. I've taken the car to Honda several times and they are 100% sure the rattle is from the exhaust. It is not a heat shield, but something inside the exhaust.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Any suggestions how to find it and resolve it?

Maybe it's the resonator? Have you tried contacting Spugen first?

Been trying to get into their shop for a few weeks, but they're packed on the weekends. I did just send them an e-mail. I have the bolt-on version, so the stock resonator is gone. Don't think their exhaust has a resonator, or does it?
