F20C emissions standards

I know that the F20C is a LEV low emission motor. Does anyone know the exact emissions certifications that the engine meets. I'm interested in whether it meets the Euro 2, Euro 3 or even Euro 4 emissions, and if this only applies to cars sold in particular markets.
Any references to papers, or techincal contacts would he helpful as I need this information to register a kit car. I'm not getting anywhere quickly with Honda Australia so am looking at alternative sources of this information.
