Default F20C TPS HELP!

Hello! I think my tps is going bad. Driving lately I've been getting some flat spots when I try to give the car some more throttle, sometimes backfires too. I checked the volts on the signal wire of the tps and its at .29v closed throttle. Some people say its suppose to be .30. And when it's at WOT its 4.65v and people have been saying its suppose to be 4.5v.

What do you guys think?

Also, I disconnect the tps and just drove it up and down my street and it didn't hesitate or have flat spots like it did with it connected but definitely loss in power haha wonder why? ROFL.

FYI

Voltage is listed on page 11-19 of the service manual for the TP sensor. .3v to 4.8v WOT
The problem you are having does not sound like a TP Sensor problem though
