Default F22C Cylinder Head

Can anyone tell me what this port in the right front of the cylinder head is for? It is threaded and oil will come through it when cranking the engine (with the valve cover off). Should it have a plug? I have searched and searched for a oil flow diagram for our engines and cannot find anything.

Thanks in advance. Also posted in "Naturally Aspirated"

VTEC, the VTEC solenoid is above the circled part on your image.

Thanks for the replies, but my question is still not answered.
Okay let's try again.
I know that the VTEC solenoid is directly above it. If oil is coming out of it how can it be a feed? Is oil suppose to come out of this port?
Should this port have a plug?

Thanks,
R

No plug. When the solenoid activates oil stops coming out of that hole, and locks the pins on the rockers to activate VTEC. Otherwise oil comes out of that hole and lubricates the chain, during VTEC another squirter lubricates the chain directly with a passage on the solenoid assembly.
