fender roll help

Default fender roll help

i just drop my car today with 1" drop i didnt think that i would need to roll my rear fenders,rear wheels are 17x7+42 offsets, with 235 tires and its rubbing i thought i did my calculations right. The question is that how do i roll the rear fenders and what tools do i use, thanks.
