Default Is this fixable?

I've been wanting to go to all red interior for a while now, and I found a really good deal on the dash on ebay, but the thing is, the passenger side airbag has deployed. I asked a buddy of mine on aim, and he told me the whole dash has to be replaced in order to fix something like that =[ Are there any other alternatives? I wouldn't mind saving atleast $200 instead of buying it brand new.

I think the airbag assembly contains a new cover. It will probably cost about $800 for the unit.

You can buy the airbag module with the plastic cover. Still very expensive, though.

I bet the cover isn't sold seperately... your best bet is to ask the dealership

The covers are not sold seperately. Gotta buy an entire bag.

The cover is part of the whole air bag module.

I work for a car manufacture and thats how we get them.
