How much does the Honda dealership normally charge for an oil, tranny, and diff fluid change?

 

Too much!!

Seriously, a local dealer priced the 30k service at $345. That basically covers Motor Oil, Tranny Fluid, Diff Fluid, Cabin Filter and Intake Filter.

DIY all the way!!!

 

I've been to Pacific Honda twice for engine, tranny, and diff. I brought my own engine and diff oil (Mobil1) and used Honda's tranny oil. The write-up was about $125, but after deducting for my own fluids and Gold Card discount (I bought my car there) it ended up about $85.

I took it there to maintain a history and get some goodwill if I ever needed warranty service. Warranty has expired so I may start the DIY route.
