Default Fluttering noise under acceleration.

Same '03 S2k as discussed in previous posts. 56k miles. It's had this weird fluttering noise since I bought it, I think it might be the timing chain tensioner? But I'm not 100% sure. I've posted a link to a video I took of different angles in the parking lot.. It sounds like its coming from underneath the car. Can anyone give me a second opinion? Any advice is appreciated.

Heres the video:

I wish you had the camera closer to the engine so I could here the sound better. You were all over the place. (inside/outside the car)

I was trying to get different angles for the noise.. I had my phone practically in the engine bay at one point.. I can't really get much closer lol Sorry :[ I can really hear it from every shot on the car, but I guess thats just because I'm used to hearing the noise and it really really gets on my nerves. :]

My car sounds exactly like that. I already made a post about it. The sound is loudest under the car from the passenger side. Also hear it the most when driving past walls or cars?

@trAP2: You pretty much hit the nail on the head man. It's annoying the hell out of me haha.

@s2cho: I bought the car from a 48 year old Asian guy who said he never took the car past 5K RPM, it was completely stock when I bought it and he was the first owner.. So I doubt the valves have been messed with. It's worth a check though.

i think it needed a valve alignment and got it done but still sounded the same, im speculating if its an early symptom of a bad tct.
