Hello,

I am trying to figure what size intercooler to get for my car. I'm going to be
using the GT28R or GT30R turbo. I was thinking of getting an intercooler of
this size: 29x5.25x3

Any thoughts?

try 26X15x4 including end tanks

 

Mine is 28" end to end x 9" high x 3" deep.
The core is 20.5 x 9 x 3".

I believe it will fit the opening in a 2000-2003 perfectly, but could be a bit small for my 04.

Try to fit something as tall as possible. In general, the taller your intercooler is, the less pressure drop you will have across it.
