Front bumpsteer kit install

I just got a T1R front bumpsteer kit. I tried installing it and I cannot figure a way to get to the bolts to loosen and put the kit in!

Help please!

It goes on the front? I dunno why I thought it was a kit for the rear...

for some reason, i remember maxrev having clearance issues with these, and ended up not running them.
