unfortunately my front defroster is nonoperational. I put the setting to the defrost mode and I can hear some action near the vents but noting is blowing out of the vents but can feel the air flowing through the main vents. No matter what setting i put it to it wont come out the windshield vents. any suggestions on what to do from here?

checked that. not it
