Default Front Strake mounting

MY car doesn't have the right front strake (looks like the previous owner ran over somethign that knocked it off). I ordered another one, but I can't tell how it mounts. Does this just mount to the fender liner, or is it actually bolted to somethign substantial (as in something metal)? My fender liner has a little bit of it missing in the area that the front strake will be, so I want to get some more info to determine if I need to order another fender liner (I hope not, $$$).

Thanks!

My left front was missing so I ordered a new one along with the necessary fasteners. It does in fact mount just to the fender liner, the liner itself has a flat area that faces toward the front of the car. Take a look at the condition of the liner to make sure that it's still intact to mount the strake.

My fender liner was torn a bit where the strake mounts so I just left it off, been running it that way since I bought it with no problems.

Just posting this particular dealership as a sample, but the parts you need are on the diagram, #13 and #17.
