You are not even supposed to reuse the bolts at all once loosened per Honda (although most of us do when doing the clutch or other jobs that require loosening them). But I would for sure not drive around with 2 of them missing. Not only can cause slippage of alignment, but also impacts how the car reacts to a front end collision. The subframe and its fasteners most times are key portions of the crumple zones and how they collapse during a crash.
Interestingly there was a member here by the name or AE_Racer that drove and tracked his car for 100,000 miles without the two front subframe bolts entirely (1 on each side).

People cross the street fully absorbed in their phone and don't get hit by a car. People smoke for decades and never get cancer. People refuse to properly torque their uniquely designed oil filters and their engine suffers no catastrophe.
Just because there is one outlier without a negative outcome doesn't make something risky and dumb into something benign.

get a oem bolt,cut grooves in like a tap tool,with plenty of oil ect ect..and use that to clean it all up

Yup we use this method at the factory for many applications. Works like a charm.
