So what is wrong with your car aside from looking like something is wrong?

1. it's not about just looking like it's sticking out, it's fitment, I shouldn't have to roll the fenders to fit 17x9 +63 wheels (i had these on my first S2000) and even if i rolled the fenders, the right side still sticks out too much it's going to hit the fender around hard corners.
2. I'll be limited on camber, with nothing but coilovers you should be able to get 2-2.5° of negative camber in the front, I can barely get 1-1.5° camber because that's all the right front can get maxed out, the left front looks like it could get a LOT more camber but since the right side is limited because I want them to have the same amount.

Huh I have this problem too, never really decided to look into it as it drove straight and fine. I got 18x8.5 +35 running 225/40 and the front driver side coil is about a 1 to 1.5 inches higher on the threads of the coil to compensate for this. Never really thought it was a big deal. I just measured from the center of the wheel hub to some random part of the suspension and lined it up so it would be level. Mesuring to the fender is iffy as body parts are generally never "true". Alignment shop didnt even notice and said it was good to go.. Mines on my driver side tho.. It makes me wonder if your car has ever been in a front end accident. I was actually reversed into my a nissan armada in a hit and run while fishing and the front driver side mainly took the impact and pushed the headlight all the way into the fender.

That was actually a couple years ago and ever since that when making a right hand turn it would occasionally scrape the inner wheel well. I dunno I could care less about it, my s is turning into a daily beater slowly lol.

edit: btw I was able to go to -2.5 on both sides, the side that sticks out and also the side that is sunken in. Which makes me think we have a different problem? What coils are you running. btw 2.5 camber is no fun, 700miles and the inners of the tires are gone /:

Have you checked bushing preload?

spacers?

also if your only getting 700 miles on -2.5 camber, your toe must be messed because that is not from camber only

Interesting, When I take it in for an alignment I might have the front bumper off and the undertray off just so that can see a little easier if anything looks messed up because I do know it's been in an accident, the front bumpers been replaced and one headlight has been replaced, but both fenders are original and all the body panels line up very nicely so if anything is messed up it must be some suspension components. Camber alone shouldn't be messing up your tires that bad! I had this entire setup on my previous S2000 and the tires are still good after a 2k mile road trip, 4 trackdays, and 8 autocrosses, and that's with 2-2.5° of camber!

Ya when I got it aligned the shop's printer on the alignment machine was broken therefore no printout, they didn't even take a quick picture of the screen, thanks a lot guys. But different pieces from different years S2000... That might be possible but not the springs or struts, I have fortune auto coilovers on it so perhaps a control arm is different? I'm going to check if all year S2000's have the same control arm part #'s.

Maybe its just how I drive, hard on the brakes 24/7 lol. A 25 dollar carfax report sounds like it should help haha, or maybe someone here has an car fax acc with unlimited vin checks and they can send it to you for free! If it was in a accident whoever fixed it up did a great job with the body working, send him my way ill give him some work haha.

Please verify suspension is preloaded when torquing down everything and double check your coilover adjustment which im sure you did

Caster won't make the wheel stick out like that.
