Fuel Pressure Problem
Like a month ago, my B&M Fuel Gauge broke. I was having some problemes with running the engine fine because it wasn't tuned right. I tried to up the pressure from the AEM FPR but didn't have a clue about the amount since I didn't have a working gauge. Today, I installed a brand new one. The Fuel pressure on the rail was at 80
I tried to lower it from the FPR but it doesn't go down somehow. If I tighten it, after a point it starts to go up from 80 but when I loosen it, it goes back to 80 and stays there... What might be the problem?? I took out my FMU myself, is it possible that I did something wrong with the hoses?? I used a plastic connector to connect the hoses. (I don't think it would have effect the fuel pressure)

What fuel pump do you have? 255 lph high volume/high pressure? What NFR's talking about in the FPR is different size orifices so, you can divert more fuel back to the return line. This is a common problem when you put a large fuel pump on it and the factory FPR can't return enough fuel back to the tank.
I agree with NFR's experiments though. Factory FPR to see, then perhaps re-valve the AEM.
