Default Fumes when using AC

Anyone out there ever had a problem with very heavy fumes after using the AC in very hot weather. Originally I was concerned about a possible exhaust system leak but I've had the car for over a year and this has happened only 3 times in 11k miles. The first time, the car was parked in our garage and the house filled with fumes before we realized what was going on. This seems to only happen after heavy AC use and in very hot weather.

Thanks

Check and make sure that all the caps are closed on the fluid reservoirs under the hood. When I had the retards at the dealership do my oil change they left the cap sitting on the head instead of actually putting it back on and it made my car smell when I used the AC. Good luck and uhh, watch out for that poison gas
