I was going to do a fuse box relocation to the fender and half way through I changed my mind. After putting the harness back to its oem location and plugging everything in I noticed a ticking coming from the two fan relays. I disconnected the relays and the ticking stops, but if I put them back in it starts again. I even swapped out one of the relays and it still keeps ticking. Any ideas?
