Default Whats the proper grease?

I am planning on taking apart my shifter and re-greasing it but what is the proper grease that goes in there, or any diy on what exactly should be greased?

Would lithium grease work, or is there a special type? I'm assuming its not a spray on, but the search function is down so I can't seem to find it myself.

I'm not going to the honda dealer for this stuff...

Just a heads up, the white plastic ring removal will be a hassle. I suggest using a small (1/8" wide blade) screw driver with a long handle to release the clip from the inside of the ring AND a spark plug boot puller to lift up the ring. Apply a little silicone grease to the clips when reassembling to make it snap into place easier.

Having small hands like that guy in the Burger King commercials help also.
