ouch.. can't c.. well, but is that a broken valve or bent?... ... my eyes r getting old... if the valve port(the hole) is in good, i think it's still good... but if the port gone bad...... i wouldn't consider fixing it.
The port is munched... those gouges can't be machined.
Good look on finding a new head.
Have you checked the Cylinder wall to see if the metal bits didn't do the same there?
If it has and it's deep enough, I'm not sure if the block is reusable. Perhaps you can do some work to increase the bore and use larger pistons.

You would have to have a new valve seat installed along with a new guide and valve . It is do able .
You would have to have a shop inspect it for tolerance as we can not see .001 of a inch in a picture .
Nicks can be repaired in the chamber with some TIG skills .
That assuming that you have no damage to the cam towers or rocker assembly . As you can not buy the towers separately
