Default Gauge cluster

The only thing I do not like about my S2K is the digital dash and I want to scrap it and retrofit analog gauges. Has anyone ever done this or heard of it being done?

BTW, Spoon once showed an analogue replacement dash cluster. They never produced it though. Anyone got the pic?
