Need a new one! A freind of mine put a few .50 cal Desert Eagle rounds through the drivers side door, cluster ,steering wheel and front clip/headlight/fender/healight mounting brace and bumper mounting brace for me. It was parked behind some steel plates outside of a shooting range, we came out 3 rounds made it through the wall. Reason almost all modern shooting galleries have dirt mounds. I have 2 s2k's I am going to put the cluster in my non steetable Race 05 and raise the miles on the cluster to exastly where they are on my 04 and then if the 05 cluster will fit in the 04 I will put it in the car w/o having to notify the dealer and scar the car's original milage.. Everything is fixed except cluster and I cant drive the car until the cluster is fixed. I dont wanna risk milage fraud by putting even 1 mile on it. Every thing is fixed but the cluster. Didnt want to buy a new one bc thats a lot o miles to have to put on it b4 it matched. The one I might buy if the 05 will fit the 04 has 31k i need it to say 38,981.02. loooooooong story didnt really want to tell it but you asked so here it was.

no problem, you wouldn't want to go with the earlier years due to the 9k redline

i dont think the odometer number is stored in the cluster... i think when you plug in a new one it will display the correct odo.

and I agree with 2poor. the 05 will work in the 04.

04 and 05 didn't have drive by wire. that was added in 2006.

04, and 05 are virtually the same.
