gears grind somtimes

gears grind somtimes
when i drive my car just normal daily driving sometimes it tends to like just grind a little when its going into the next gear like just a little half grind. but it does it going through most of the gears. i have an aftermarket warranty that covers all lubricated trans components so basically it covers the trans... i was wondering if anyone had similar problems or knew what would be wrong.
