Default GMSFM

This stuff rocks! Shifts are much smoother than Honda MTF, and it doesn't smell as bad either. Got mine from a local Chevy dealer for ~$12 a quart (you only need two). Comes out to the same price + shipping if you buy it online. Highly recommend this to everyone.

Yes, it was immediately smoother, and I'm sure it's going to get better after a few hundred miles.

I like to try a bunch of different things that folks here recommend. My car has 8700 miles and I've changed the oil 3 times. Mobil 1 now. Did the diff with Mobil 1
75W90. I use all the tips from Dave the Viper. Great pics! I don't have the famous grind, but I get all the classic notchiness. So I bought 2 jugs of the magic fluid and swapped the fluid today. I didn't really expect to feel a difference, but these little projects are a lot of fun to do with this car. I got a surprise with this stuff though. My tranny shifts noticably smoother. A lot smoother! I think I can safely recommend this to those who feel their car doesn't shift as smoothly as they would like. Not too expensive anyway so it's worth a try.
