OK I got the AEM V2 from Tim's GB - great price BTW - now I have an installation question. To install it I will have to remove the bottom bumper bolts and remove the passenger underside splash panel.

Because I have the Amuse front lip covering the three most center holes and its taped on, can I just loosen only the three most outer passenger side bottom bumper bolts in order to remove the passenger underside splash panel? Or will I have to completely loosen them all, which would mean I will have to also remove and reinstall my Amuse Front Lip?

Thanks.

You can cut the inner fender trim without removing your bumper & tire.
Getting the filter in would be the hardest part, but I have been able to squeeze it in by removing some plastic clips and pulling the splash panel and inner fender trim apart.

You shouldn't have to remove any bolts at all.

You shouldn't have any problems installing it considering you had the V1 until now. The holes should be there, just make them larger.

Just did it, I agree with the above posts. Loosen and remove the wheel well and you'll be fine. Also, make sure solenoid hose are correct too. The instruction are foggy on that. Should be the same as your V1

Thanks for your replies, should be easy to install, I was only worried about the removal of the wheel well/undertray since my Amuse Lip is there.

^ Mav...I have never done the install as Chiung and s2kjones did their own install outside of my shop

Fyrestrike- most of the owners who upgraded had the V1 and said it was pretty easy and the install was about the same except it needed bigger holes cut
