Default Grounding your throttle body

I was just wondering if anyone has tried grounding there throttle body and if so did it really make any difference as far as throttle response goes?

MY00 to MY06 are mechanical Thottle Bodies so I can't imagine the response could be bettered!

MY07-onwards are Drive-By-Wire and would already be grounded...
