Hamp Filters

Default Hamp Filters

I was wondering if hamp oil filters will fit on S2000's I know hamp is OEM JDM honda i have a few hamp filters that I intended to use on my b16 will they fit on the s2000 as well im about 2500 miles out form an oil change but if they will fit i would perfer to use them since OEM USDM filters are made by fram .

There was a thread some time ago about the correct model number of oil filter to use (PCX??), and also mentions the crap Fram filters.

the oil filter thread on the S is larger then other honda motors. if the one you plan on using fits onto the B series, it WILL NOT fit the FC20 S2000 engine.

Hamp filters will work on all Hondas, B series, F series...minus the Insight from what I know.

im not saying that Hamp filter will not fit onto honda motors. what i said was that the filter that jdmpony00 has laying around for his b series engine will not fit onto the F series engine.

They are? All the "USDM" filters I've seen for the S2000 (the "PCX" filter) are made in Japan by Toyo Roki.
