Default Hardtop Latches

I got a used OEM hardtop and it fits nice on my 2000 S2K. The front latches seem to fit pretty loose though -- so much so that they rattle over bumps (the softop latches had more of a stretch to them and never rattled. I looked to tighten them up and expected to find some sort of screw mech but didn't find it. How do you snug these up?

I thought about that. Now I've looked up some old posts and realize I need new strikers. Anyone know the best place to buy them?

Cheapest place for strikers (These are the ones mentionned in the service bulletin -- the good ones)
