It's important to install the dry ice and Tornado at the same time, though.

I think you fail to understand the role that hot intake manifolds have in stumbling engines, and ones showing a 10 or more hp loss on the dyno. But don't think for a moment that I'm advocating driving around with dry ice in the engine bay. (Although it might be good for a dyno queen! ) For practical driving, actually, the Hondata insulator gasket has shown to be very effective.
