i have an extra pumpkin and diff and i think i am going to throw the J's 5.1 gears in there just to toy around with see how much i like them. anyone ever ran these?

After some thought, I think the 5.1s would be too much, the 4.77s so far have worked very well at a few tracks in cali.

 

i have the 4.44's now and just want to go with something crazy

 

you also have the option of 4.9

 

Honestly, I was a bit dissappointed with the 4.77s. I wish I would have gone even lower.

The 4.77's are working well for me, but if I get a KAAZ LSD, I may change the gears again because this car is much slower than my STi. I might try 4.9, 5.1 may be too much for me. I shouldn't jump to conclusions though because I have driven the car 3 times since the 4.77's were put in(snow).
