Default Having issues with rear end noise

Ok heres the situation, i bought my 05 with 55k miles about a year ago. When I took it for a test drive it had a strange sound coming from what I thought was the rear tires. The sound gets present starting around 15 mph or so. The best way for me to describe the sound would be as if the tires had a flat spot on them or imagine a drying machine at full speed (without the noise of the clothes banging). So recently I got new tires, and the noise is still there. In the meantime I also had the car lowered with tein flex's, it sits low enough to where there is no gap at all on any side. (this is the way i wanted it) However, after it was lowered I had noticed that the rear passenger side tire doesnt come as close to the fender as the drivers side. I took it to a recognized alignment shop who has done tons of s2000s and rx7's, and who also does counter balancing. He had me sit in the car while he played with the settings. He also noticed the problem with how the wheel came in further on one side. He looked around underneath the car and mentioned something that it could have been in a rear end accident and theres a chance that the, (I believe?) subframe (or the part of the car where the wheels are attached) was shifted/moved, causing this uneven look from the rear.
Im really frustrated with this whole thing and just want the car running and looking proper.
I was even following a stock MY06 the other day and coming off the on ramp he stuck to the ground while I over steered and had to counter correct!
I got the coil overs to improve the look of the car but not at the expense of worsening handling!
Someone help

Edit:couple pics of the car

What did you think was going to happen to your handling by "dumping" the car like that?

Did you think Honda engineers are second-rate? If you could improve the handling by merely lowering the car, don't you think they'd have done it?

You can lower maybe 1/2 inch from stock height. Anything more than that and you start compromising suspension geometry.

Could be a number of things. I lowered my car with Espilirs and Koni Yellow's about 6 months ago and it's a pain in the ass to get it running in 'stock' form. It could be a CV cup, wheel bearing, etc. I recommend getting drive shaft spacers. They're about $120 and will save you a headache in the future.
