Head came back from the shop

Head came back from the shop
I just got the car back from the shop. They send the head to the shop to get it machined and now there is a mild ringing noise when I drive. I left it at the shop and they are gonna work on it? Should I not take the car back until the noise is gone? What do you guys think?
