Right side (passenger side) headlight is out....won't re-light with restart. may be related to 4 wheel off/mud bog track moment that took off same side fender well liner.
However, i notice my right turn dash directional indicator now blinks real fast, left turn blinks normal speed.
is the blinker fast and headlight out related?

 

sounds like a fuse problem

 

When you turn signal blinks fast it usually means you have a turn signal bulb out on that side of the vehicle. As for why the headlight won't light... ya got me. But check the turn signals bulbs and replace as necessary, and then see if your headlight comes back also.
