Default heater panel fuse keeps blowing

I got a 2001 that keeps blowing fuse 20 under the dash. Its for the A/C clutch relay, Blower motor relay, condenser fan relay, heater panel, radiator fan relay.

It has just started. I believe its because its real cold out (cold start below 30 [yes thats cold for NC lol]). I have tried seeing if there is a short with a meter somewhere but my car has a ton of crap going on: AEM V2/Spal fan/Gauges but I haven't found the issue yet. The oil light comes on dim when its blown but goes off when I replace the fuse. It only does it sometimes which is super stupid.

Any help would be appreciated!! Needs to get warmer here in NC! Until then ill buy me a big pack of fuses

Or one of the motors is seizing. If you can get it on make sure to turn everything off and turn it in individually. It wouldn't surprise me if the ac compressor is messed up or the blower motor. You can easily unplug the blower motor and eliminate that as a check

It was a oil scavenging pump for a turbo setup

Also allowed oil to back up into the turbo

Thanks for the response!!
