help!
while accelerating through the gears it seems everytime the clutch is released i hear a click from the rear end and also while upshifting the clutch pedal almost feels like somthing is under the pedal and it wont let me push it down!? any imput is appreciated!~
I think you have two different problems. Clicking sound in the rear is often loose axle nuts, the noise is usually heard when changing directions, not sure if it happens when shifting, but I guess it could. Axle problems usually show up as vibrations.
The issue with the clutch pedal sounds like a bad master cylinder, check down around the pedal and see if it is leaking fluid inside the cabin where the clutch rod enters the firewall area. If it isn't a master cylinder problem check the slave cylinder as well (moutned to the driver side of the tranny).

If it's vibrating under acceleration only, I'd suspect the CV cups rather than the entire axle.
I swapped my cups about 2 years ago because they were pitted and vibrating HARD under acceleration. Once I swapped, no problem unless I decelerate fast for a corner it'll vibrate a bit on occasion, but not always.

this is a bit of a shot in the dark, but on my prelude i had silmular issues. the clutch pedal was hard to push and eventually would not go down at all. pluss vibration under any type of load.
it turned out to be my clutch. part of the preasure plate had broken and one of the springs was stuck in there so that the clutch could not disengage.
i would say that this is not very likely. but your axles should not have anything to do with your clutch travel, so you likely have more than one issue.
