wait why is the cut off uneven? does it have something to do with the light projection? It looks too werid when I drive up to my driveway and see the uneven cutoff line. What would happen if we even it out?

 

Even the cutoff = Blind oncoming traffic.

 

sorry, but im very dumb. please explain this. does every other oem hids do this? like from the G35s and 350Zs? that diagram drawing is correct, but how does being a little bit lower not blind people in front of you?

 

It's common practice to lower the left headlight than the right on a LHD car. Lowering the light's aiming point reduces the glare than oncoming traffic has to deal with.

Halogen equipped cars don't have the sharp demarcation line that xenon HID's do.

 

Read my post again. It CANNOT be evened out. An uneven line is cast from each headlight, overlapping each other.

 

I've seen lots of these adjusted to put the bottom line of the left side even with the top line of the right. They think it's even because you can't see a step below the lowest bottom line. It's still grossly misadjusted and WILL blind oncoming traffic.

 

to move the beam up do i turn the adjuster clockwise or counter clockwise?

 

Just watch it on the wall as you do it.
