i just cleared my corners this weekened and
i forgot to clean the inside of the headlights before i stuck them back together

is there anyway to clean it without pulling the pieces apart again?
help please...........
is there anyway to take out the lens where my lights project out?
this way i can stick a wet towel in there or something to clean out the funk

nope. gotta redo it again. if you put something in there, then its not a complete seal, and then moisture will collect inside. not something desierable.

 

I concur with Shatten. And if you don't get the seal right you have do the whole thing over again. Unfortunately, this clear headlight thing is a big hassle. No biggie though, if you can do it once, you can do it again!

 

You might be able to pull the trick that I did when clearing mine. I had some lint from a crappy towel in there after I sealed one of the headlights. I sealed off all but two of the holes in the back of the headlight assembly then put my vacuum hose close to one of the open holes and vacuumed some of the stuff out. I wasn't able to get it all out though - it's still in there. However, it's not causing any damage as far as I can tell.

 

the seal is beyond great...in fact its so great
i cant even pull it apart anymore...
thast the saddening part..
i used some black silicone thing i got at kragen to seal it up...
do any of u kno anything or anyway i can get it apart tthen??

I think we understand the fact that you're not a fan of cleared headlights. I've seen a couple posts on this. I think a lot of people on this board like them though. Whatever....feel better now?

 

Try blowing air about 100 psi instead of a vacuum. It is the way we used to clean the machines at work, now we have to use vacuums and they don't work too well. Not sure if it would work though.
