What kind of intake to you have??
Do you have any coolant left in the system?
Don't take this the wrong way please,.. but have you does this type of work on you S2K or any other car before? The reason I ask is just to help me eliminate the really easy things that can get missed or messed up. You could be a mechanic for all I know.
Anyway did the coolant splash all over the engine bay?
Can you take a few pics for us?

Chan,
Do you have equipment to read the diagnostic codes from your ECU? There's an OBD-II port to connect this equipment to inside the car. The fact that the engine's turning over when you hit the start button means that at least you didn't seize it when you blew your coolant.
It sounds like you're not getting an ignition spark. This could be the ECU simply disabling the ignition, or maybe it could be fouled plugs. Doubtful on the latter, since I doubt all four plugs could be fouled if you didn't get coolant in the intake.
Try just starting it without the intake attached -- maybe you're not getting any air.
I guess there's just too many possibilities. Matt's probably right that you should flatbed it to the dealer.
