Default Help! Broken cat stud...

Hey guys, I am installing my catback and one of the studs on the cat broke... I have been trying my ass off to just punch the stud through.. I have all new bolts and nuts but cant get this stud out.. Any ideas? I have been using PB blaster on it and tried using a torch to heat it up.

you drill it out or have it pressed out.

make sure you dont punch, drop or bang on the cat too much, they are expensive, required and very sensitive to shocks.
