Default Help with CEL P0411

I replaced my CompTech CAI and went back to stock. I carefully routed all the VAC line properly. The first time I got the CEL was the next day. I have found that I had forgotten to tighted the clamp on the TB. Since then I have had it 4 times. After the second time, I removed and reinstalled all VAC lines to be sure they were connected tightly. After the CEL code is cleared it seams to last for 24/48 hours. It only happens when the car is cold. THe dealer said it would take them some time to trace down where the leak is.

Has anyone else had this problem? Got a clue? Or just a WAG? (Wild A$$ Guess)

Thanks

Is that little white one way check valve facing the right way? If it got turned around, it would take a bit of a delay before the CEL would trip.

This one has a little more detail but I think you should be looking at the ACSV (Air Control Solenoid Valve).

Left side is going to the Air Control Valve Vacuum Tank. Right side is going to the intake manifold.

Yep, that is how I think I have it installed. I will recheck.

Thanks Marcus
